- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for 7 business days.
- Full payment is required before hardware dispatch or deployment.
2. Warranty Information
- All our refurbished systems (laptops, desktops, servers) come with a standard 1-year hardware warranty, covering component failures under normal operating conditions.
- The warranty does NOT cover damages caused by physical impact, liquid spills, power surges, unauthorized modifications, or improper environmental conditions.
- Software/OS setup and data recovery are not covered under the standard hardware warranty.
3. Return Policy
- Customers may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery if the equipment is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or significantly materially different from the specific configuration quoted.
- To be eligible for a return, the hardware must be in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging, cables, and accessories.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to order cancellations and non-defective returns.
